Cyber threats aren’t just an IT issue; they’re a business risk. That’s why security is at the heart of everything we do. We don’t cut corners or compromise, even if it means making tough calls in the short term. Our security-first approach includes:
With cyber threats evolving daily, protecting your business, data, and team has never been more critical. We secure your network with advanced threat detection, employee training, and proactive defense strategies to keep risks at bay.
Around-the-clock protection against threats and access to real people—not just robots and automated replies—when you need support the most, ensuring you always have reliable assistance.
Forget complex tiers and unpredictable invoices. Our flat-rate monthly fee provides a fully managed IT solution with no hidden costs, giving you the freedom to focus on your business.
Even with the best security measures, unexpected incidents happen. We ensure your business is prepared, resilient, and able to recover quickly from cyberattacks, system failures, or natural disasters.
Handling sensitive data comes with responsibilities. We help you store, share, and manage data securely and in full compliance with industry regulations, so you can operate with confidence.
Tailored IT solutions designed to keep your business running smoothly. We proactively monitor, maintain, and optimize your IT environment, resolving minor issues before they turn into costly disruptions.
Technology is only as good as the people behind it. That’s why we don’t just hire for technical skills—we hire for problem-solving ability, communication, and a customer-first mindset. Our team understands that IT isn’t just about troubleshooting—it’s about empowering businesses, optimizing workflows, and making technology a seamless part of your operations.
At NexGen, we bring you a team that’s on your side, working tirelessly to keep your business running smoothly.
Here’s what to expect when partnering with us…
At NexGen, we know that we work best when we’re all on the same page. When we all have similar values. When we all have this shared vision of the future. That’s why we think it’s so important to start every potential partnership with a right-fit call. This is our chance to have an informal chat, ask each other questions, and really get a feel for what a partnership may look like. You may find that we’re not the best choice for you – and that’s OK! By having this chat early on in the process, we can be sure you’re 100% clear on what to expect, so that we’re never wasting your time or resources.
If we’re the right fit for each other, that’s great! At this stage, we’ll really aim to dig deeper into your business and organizational processes to learn more about what you do, and how you do it. We’ll seek your input about which parts of your operations you’re happy with, and where you think there’s room for improvement. We’ll assess both strengths and weaknesses in how you’re working. We’ll also take a look at the number of users, devices, and locations you’re managing. Finally, we’ll combine all this data into one clear, transparent, jargon-free proposal that we’ll talk over, step by step.
Proposals can sometimes look a little daunting. But our aim is to make things simple. We’ll run through it all, line by line, explaining everything. While some tech companies you’ve spoken to may be keen to do all this remotely, at NexGen this is one area where we’re a little old-fashioned. If you’re in the southeast Washington area, we’d love to do all this on-site, so that we’re able to demonstrate how different parts of our proposal apply to the relevant parts of your existing workplace environment. If you’re not local to us, don’t worry! We’re happy to talk through our proposal on a Zoom call instead
Once you have all the information you need, including a clear breakdown of all costs, we’ll ask for approval to go ahead and get to work. You’re welcome to sign off on the day of the walkthrough, but you’re also free to take your time, think it over, and come back to us at a later date. You may decide that you’d rather postpone for a few months. Or you may decide to go in another direction altogether. Or ask us to make some changes to adapt the proposal to better suit your needs or budget. As soon as you’re happy to move forward, let us know and we’ll get the ball rolling.
After you’ve signed off, we’ll begin our onboarding process. This is where we start delving into the technical side of any changes that we’re planning to implement, and really begin getting to know your existing systems and IT infrastructure better. We’ll map processes and techniques, and work closely with your in-house IT team – if you have one – to prepare for the upcoming deployment. While this may take a few weeks, it’s worth the effort. When your business is fully prepared, we’re able to roll out our one-of-a-kind NexGen solution seamlessly, delivering results faster.
At the time of deployment, we’ll typically schedule another visit to your premises so that we can take a ‘hands-on’ approach and make sure everything’s going to plan. At this stage of the process, we’ll begin installing any software onto each endpoint. We’ll be gathering passwords, and rolling out everything that’s needed to help you build a stronger, more robust tech environment that helps you work more efficiently, and more securely. And as part of our commitment to achieving expert results, we’ll develop a roadmap that we’ll all be able to follow as you get closer to your goals.
While we may have implemented everything we needed to, we’re still here for you. We’ll provide you with a rack card for your business, outlining exactly what to do if you need to contact us. It’ll explain how to open a support ticket when you need assistance with any of your on-site technologies that we manage on your behalf. This ensures everyone knows how to get hold of us, so they can reach out quickly should an issue arise and minimize any downtime. We’ll also send all this information to you and your users via email, so you’ll always know what to do if you encounter any tech problems.
Here at NexGen, we strongly believe that tech shouldn’t just help businesses get from A to B, but onwards to C, D, and all those other destinations! And so, once you’ve had some time to settle into your new systems and processes, we’ll begin rolling out additional support to help keep you moving forward. For example, we may begin looking into delivering security awareness training for your employees, or exploring other tools available to you in Microsoft 365 beyond basic Office apps. Wherever you envision your business being, we’ll do whatever it takes to get you there.
